Aura Studio provides services across three main categories: Web Development Standard Business Elite Brand Transformation Foundation Scale Elite Creative Partnership Studio Support Creative Partner Creative Lab Each service is governed by the scope and specifications defined at the time of purchase on aurastudio.mx.

By hiring any service from Aura Studio, the client acknowledges and agrees that: Aura Studio defines all technical, strategic, and execution-related decisions necessary to deliver the solution. The client defines objectives and desired outcomes. However, all methods, tools, and processes used to achieve those results remain under Aura Studio’s direction. This ensures quality, efficiency, and consistency. External intervention in execution is not included within the scope of service.

The client must select a project start date upon purchase. This marks the official beginning of the project. The client agrees to: Provide all required materials (content, assets, credentials) Deliver feedback within a maximum of 72 business hours per request Submit feedback in a clear and consolidated manner Business days are defined as Monday through Friday. Failure to provide materials or feedback within this timeframe will result in automatic timeline adjustments.

Projects are delivered within an estimated timeframe of up to 30 business days from the selected start date. This timeline depends on: Client responsiveness (within the defined 72-hour window) Project complexity Active workload at Aura Studio If the client exceeds the 72-hour response window at any stage, the delivery timeline will be proportionally extended. Earlier delivery may occur but is not guaranteed.

Revision capacity varies depending on the service category and selected package. Web Development (Standard, Business, Elite): A 5-business-day post-delivery window is provided This period is strictly for fixing technical errors or implementation inconsistencies This does not include: New features Additional integrations Structural or design changes Any additional requests will be treated as out-of-scope work and quoted separately. Brand Transformation (Foundation, Scale, Elite): Each package includes a defined number of revision rounds per deliverable: Foundation: 1 revision round Scale: 2 revision rounds Elite: Up to 3 revision rounds A “revision round” is defined as a consolidated set of feedback provided by the client in a single instance. The client must submit feedback within 72 business hours per round. Additional revision rounds beyond those included in the package will be billed separately. Explorations outside the originally defined creative direction may be considered a scope change. Creative Partnership (Studio Support, Creative Partner, Creative Lab): Revisions, adjustments, and deliverables under Creative Partnership plans are not fixed in advance and will vary depending on the agreed scope. All work operates under: A defined monthly capacity or scope Prioritization based on business needs Ongoing alignment through communication Specific revision dynamics, deliverables, and expectations are established during initial meetings and confirmed through written agreement.

The scope of each service is strictly defined by the selected package within its category: Web Development (Standard, Business, Elite) Brand Transformation (Foundation, Scale, Elite) Creative Partnership (Studio Support, Creative Partner, Creative Lab) Any request outside the defined scope will be considered additional work and may require revised pricing and approval. Aura Studio will notify the client before proceeding with any out-of-scope work.

For web development services, Aura Studio may use platforms such as Wix, WordPress, Ghost, or others. The client acknowledges that: These platforms may be extended using custom code, integrations, and external tools The final product is not limited to native platform capabilities Custom implementations are used to enhance performance, design, and functionality Any modification to these custom implementations by the client or third parties is done at their own risk and may affect performance or functionality.

Aura Studio will provide appropriate platform access to the client. The client will be able to manage: Site settings Content updates Analytics and payments (depending on platform capabilities) Aura Studio guarantees proper functionality at delivery. Any modifications made afterward are the client’s responsibility.

All payments are final and non-refundable. By purchasing a service, the client confirms they have reviewed all information and had the opportunity to resolve any questions prior to hiring. Aura Studio does not offer refunds under any circumstances. The client may choose to discontinue the project; however, no partial or full refunds will be issued. Aura Studio reserves the right to pause work if required materials, feedback, or payments are not provided within the defined timeframes.

Web Development & Digital Systems: All development, code, systems, and technical implementations remain the intellectual property of Aura Studio. Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the final product for its intended purpose. Ownership of underlying systems, structures, and methodologies is not transferred. Brand Transformation (Identity, Logo, Visual Systems): Upon full payment, full ownership and authorship of the final selected deliverable (e.g., logo, identity system) is transferred to the client. If multiple creative options are presented: The client obtains full rights only to the selected option Aura Studio retains authorship and ownership of all unused or rejected concepts

Aura Studio may use AI tools as part of its process. Clients receive usage rights for final deliverables. However, exclusivity of AI-generated elements cannot be guaranteed.

Aura Studio reserves the right to showcase completed work in: Portfolio Case studies Marketing materials Confidential information will not be disclosed without consent.

Creative Partnership services operate under recurring terms: Defined monthly scope Ongoing billing Service continuity based on active engagement Specific conditions are defined at the time of contracting.

The client may discontinue services at any time. In such cases: All payments remain non-refundable Work completed up to that point is considered fulfilled

Aura Studio is not liable for: Indirect damages Lost profits Business outcomes Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information shared during the project.

These terms are governed by applicable laws based on Aura Studio’s operational jurisdiction.
